JACE Training offers a wide range of short courses and professional development qualifications. 

 

These courses could run independently, alongside your other qualifications or simply to enhance your skills set.

  • You can enrol at one of the JACE Training Centres

JACE VLE

JACE has a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) which is a further learning tool for you to make use of.  You will be able to complete parts of your training using this online programme and liaise direct with your tutor/assessor.  You can communicate through the VLE if you have any questions or need any additional support.  This could help to speed up your progress through your Customer Service course.
