JACE Childcare Training

Why choose JACE as your childcare training provider

JACE Training and Assessment is a privately owned work based learning provider which is part of the Jancett Organisation.  It is a 'family' run business and has a philosophy of 'caring, supporting and nurturing' it's learners and staff.

The Jancett organisation has been established since 1969 with JACE being founded in 1981.  The organisation consists of 5 Day Nurseries, 11 Breakfast, After School and Holiday clubs within the London boroughs of Sutton, Croydon and Merton.  The head office is based in Wallington, Surrey with JACE having 9 of it's own training centres across London and the South East.

The centres train and assess apprentices, practitioners and managers in all fields of childcare, including NVQs, short courses, key skills, first aid, food  hygiene and child protection.

JACE works in partnership with local authorities throughout the area. Childcare qualifications are offered to 14 to 16 year olds in four local schools and an alternative education programme is available to young people not attending school.  JACE has been involved in the development and delivery of the higher Diploma in society health and development in Wandsworth.

Through JACE all learners have access to a range of childcare placements or employment in private day nurseries, childminders and after-school clubs.  Assessors will visit learners in the workplace regularly to provide training, assessments and to review and support them in the progress through their courses.

JACE has excellent leadership and can offer learners the best support and guidance they need.
